Items purchased online during our BLACK FRIDAY Sale are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. 

Sale runs from 12pm Friday 15th November until 12pm Tuesday 3rd December. 

Orders placed before or after the BLACK FRIDAY Sale cannot have the discount applied to the order.

Items purchased in store from our BLACK FRIDAY Sale are unable to be returned for a change of mind purchase. We are able to offer a size exchange only where possible. 

SHIPPING

All orders purchased during Roze & Thorn's BLACK FRIDAY Sale will begin dispatching from Monday 18th November. We will endeavour to have all orders shipped within 1 to 2 days. 

You will receive an email with the tracking details upon fulfilment of your order.

 

ONLINE RETURNS 

Items purchased during the BLACK FRIDAY Sale are considered final sale and are not eligible to be returned.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders purchased via our Online Store and during the BLACK FRIDAY Sale are unable to be cancelled. Please review your order closely before checking out to ensure you have selected the correct items. 

CLICK & COLLECT

We are happy to be able to offer our Click and Collect service during the BLACK FRIDAY Sale. If you select the "Pick Up" option at checkout, you will receive an email once your order is ready to collect from our Mona Vale boutique.
