Returns Policy
ONLINE ORDERS
To ensure you have a risk free shopping experience, we will happily accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit as follows:
- Full priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
- Items purchased on sale up to 49% off are eligible for a store credit or exchange.
- Items purchased on sale at 50% off or more are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. This includes flash sale events where the item is reduced by more then 50% off the original RRP.
Returns for items purchased on AfterPay or Zippay will only be offered a credit note, not a refund.
HOW TO RETURN
For all online returns please contact our Customer Care Team at online@rozeandthorn.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Please quote your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return is approved you will be issued with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return your item/s.

We will provide a refund, credit note or exchange for eligible items providing that:
- You contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate the return
- The goods are in a saleable condition with original tags and packaging attached
- The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed
- The goods are returned within 7 days from delivery date
Due to hygiene reasons we do not offer returns on Jewellery, Footwear or Swimwear.
REFUNDS
We offer refunds on full priced items only.
Refunds will be processed within 2 days of us receiving your return.
Your refund will be returned to your original payment method. Please note credit card refunds may take 3 - 10 days for the funds to clear back in your account.
The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges incurred by Roze & Thorn when dispatching your order, plus a $10 admin fee.
Alternatively we can provide a credit note for the full amount.
AFTERPAY & ZIPPAY - Orders paid with AfterPay and Zippay are NOT eligible for a refund. You will be issued with a store credit that can be used online or in store.
CREDIT NOTES
Once your return has been received and processed, a credit note will be issued to you by email. The credit note will include a code to be redeemed online. Credit notes are valid for 3 years from the date issued.
We do not refund or credit shipping costs for returning goods.
SALE ITEMS
Items purchased on sale up to 49% off the original RRP can be returned for a store credit or exchange.
Anything discounted by 50% off or more is final sale and can not be returned. If you apply a welcome discount code or VIP code and it reduces the price by more then 50% it is not eligible for return under this policy.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not accept returns on International orders due to shipping time frames and the seasonal nature of our stock.
FAULTY ITEMS
We hope you never receive a faulty item but in the event that you do, please email us at online@rozeandthorn.com with photos, your order number and details of the fault and we will endeavor to arrange a replacement or a refund for you as quickly as possible, based on an assessment from the manufacturer.
IN STORE RETURNS
For all items purchased in store, we offer an exchange or store credit for full priced items only.
Sale items purchased in store are final sale.
We are unable to offer a refund for both full price and sale priced item/s unless the claim is in accordance with the Fair Trade Practices Act and the item/s are deemed as faulty.
Store credits are valid for 3 years.
