All Roze & Thorn content, products and prices shown on this site are subject to change with out notice at any time. All pictures displayed of garments are exact and correct as well as descriptions of our products, including the colours. Please read care instructions thoughtfully.

Orders

Please follow the check out instructions on the website to place your order.  Once we have received your order, we will send you a Confirmation of order via e-mail to acknowledge that we have received your order. All orders are subject to approval by Roze & Thorn and we will confirm the order by sending you a Shipment Confirmation via email. Any orders placed after 4pm will be sent the following working day. Any orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be sent on the next available working day.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may withdraw our approval and cancel your order where there has been an obvious error in price or where the products are no longer in stock.  We also reserve the right, without notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or to refuse service to any customer.  We may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.

 

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Roze & Thorn website are all in $AUD.

We attempt to ensure that information on this Web Site is as accurate and current as possible.  We reserve the right at any point to change prices, availability of product and descriptions of product at any time. At times there may be occasionally inaccurately displayed information or out of date. We also reserve the right to alter the terms of any special offers or sales periods and sale stock at any time

 

Delivery and shipping

All orders within Australia will be sent via Couriers Please or Australian Post 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.

All orders placed Mon-Fri before 4pm AEST will be sent that day. Any orders placed after 4pm or on public holidays or weekend will be sent on the next available working day.
If problem arise that are out of our control please allow the following times for postage to be received:

  • Metropolitan area 2-3 business days.
  • Rural areas 3-5 business days.

 

Tracking your Order

Once orders that have been dispatched you will receive a tracking number to track your order. Please visit - http://auspost.com.au/track/ for further information on Australia Post order tracking. 

 

Returns

Return Policy:
Roze & Thorn customer’s satisfaction is important to us. 
We are happy to offer a return procedure on full priced items with an exchange or credit note, which will be valid for 3 months, provided that: 

  •  The garment is in original condition, unworn, unwashed with all original tags attached.
  •  The item is returned within 7 days of purchase within Australia, international 14 days from day item is received.
  • The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.
  • You will need to ensure the return postage is traceable, Roze & Thorn takes no responsibility for missing packages.
  •  You will need to cover the cost of shipping for exchanges and returns for all orders both in Australia and International.
  • If faulty please email us at info@rozeandthorn.com explaining the reason of fault. You will be given an RA# which needs to be printed on your invoice and posted back to store address. After inspection by Roze & Thorn, and if deemed faulty, the item will be replaced where available, or a store credit or refund will be issued. 

Roze & Thorn do not do returns on sale or discounted items or if you have simply changed your mind. We are unable to offer a refund for both full price and sale priced items unless the claim is in accordance with the fair trade practices act and the items are deemed as faulty. Note postage fees will not be refunded if the items are deemed faulty. 

Please note no refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind, this includes wrong decision or incorrect size.

Returns Procedure:
In order to complete your return or exchange please follow the simple steps listed below:
• Contact us via email online@rozeandthorn.com with reason for return or exchange.
 You will be issued with a returns number (RA#) you will need to provide this number upon returning merchandise. Return or exchange will not be accepted with out proof of returns number.
 Return original invoice with return number on it and item in postage package. Please ensure that all merchandise is secure in post packaging as we will accept damaged merchandise.

  • Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund/exchange within 5 business days (please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to show in your account).
  • Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card and or if you wish to exchange or receive a credit note please let us know in you return email or note on your return receipt. 
Please note merchandise returned without following the above steps will result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.

 

Pre Orders

Pre Orders are Roze & Thorn products that will be available in the future as per the date and description on the website. Pre Order items can be a limited product, and we often ask that you secure them, we also ask that you commit to your order and are certain of your purchase We do not take cancellations on pre orders, same exchange and return policies to normal purchases apply to Pre Orders.
