We use Couriers Please or Australia Post - Parcel Post service. Orders placed before 3pm will be shipped the same day, orders placed after 3pm will be sent the next.

We offer FREE WORLDWIDE shipping for orders over $150. For orders under $150 we offer shipping at a flat rate of $15 to NZ and $35 to all other countries. Please contact us before placing your order if you require express shipping as we can provide this at an additional charge.

We are currently offering a free local home delivery service for the Northern Beaches area of Sydney. Please select free delivery at checkout or pick up in store and send us an email, firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm you would like your order home delivered.
For online orders, to enable you to have a risk free shopping experience, we are happy to offer a refund where the full price has been paid.
We will provide a refund, credit note or exchange for items purchased online providing always that:
- The goods are in a saleable condition with original tags attached
- The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed
- The goods are returned within 7 days from delivery date
Please note - refunds for products purchased through Afterpay will incur a 5% refund fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
We do not offer refunds on sale items or items purchased with sale discount codes (the exception to this being welcome discount codes or VIP codes).
We do not offer returns on Jewellery, Footwear or Swimwear.
Sale items purchased at up to 50% off, we will offer an exchange or credit note.
Any item/s purchased at a promotional or sale price of 51% off or more is FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note.
Credit notes will be valid for 3 months and are to be used via our e-boutique.
We do not refund shipping costs for returning goods.
