DOMESTIC ORDERS

Roze & Thorn is pleased to offer you FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $200 within Australia. 

For orders under $200 we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for standard shipping via Australia Post.

Need it in a hurry? Please select the Express Post option at checkout and we can send your order via Express Post for an additional cost of $15. 

SAME DAY SHIPPING - All orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day. Purchases made over the weekend or on a public holiday will be posted on the next business day.

We endeavor to ship all orders daily and will update you if we are experiencing delays.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer FREE WORLDWIDE shipping for orders over $300 excluding the United States. For orders under $300 we offer shipping rates are as follows:

Shipping to New Zealand
Standard: $15 aud (5-10 business days)
Registered Express: $35 aud (3-7 business days) 

International shipping (Excluding USA)
Standard: $30 aud (5-10 business days)
Registered Express: $50 aud (3-7 business days) 

Shipping to the United States
Standard: $50 aud (5-10 business days)
Registered Express: $80 aud (3-7 business days)

Due to recent changes in US import regulations, we are unfortunately no longer able to offer free shipping to the USA. All orders to the United States are subject to a flat shipping rate regardless of order value.

Please note Roze & Thorn are not responsible for customs charges, please check custom charges within your country before placing an order. 

A note on fragrances

Due to international air freight regulations, all perfumes and fragrances are classified as dangerous goods and can only be shipped within Australia. We're unable to ship fragrance products internationally at this time.

If you're placing an order from outside Australia that includes a fragrance, we'll be in touch to arrange a refund for that item. We're sorry for any inconvenience and hope to find a solution in the future.

 

CLICK & COLLECT 

Click & Collect is available from our Mona Vale Boutique during trading hours. Just select Pick Up In Store at checkout and we will notify you that your order is ready for collection usually within the hour
