Items purchased online during our Long Weekend Spend & Save Sale are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. 

Sale runs from 12pm Sunday 20th April until 12pm Wednesday 23rd April. 

Orders placed before or after the Long Weekend Spend & Save Sale cannot have the discount applied to the order.

Items purchased in store from our Long Weekend Spend & Save Sale are unable to be returned for a change of mind purchase. We are able to offer a size exchange only where possible. 

SHIPPING

All orders purchased during Roze & Thorn's Long Weekend Spend & Save Sale will begin dispatching from Tuesday 22nd April. We will endeavour to have all orders shipped within 1 to 2 days. 

You will receive an email with the tracking details upon fulfilment of your order.

 

ONLINE RETURNS 

Items purchased during the Long Weekend Spend & Save Sale are considered final sale and are not eligible to be returned. 

Full priced items (New Arrivals / Sale Exclusions) purchased during the sale period are subject to the standard returns eligibility, for more information view our Shipping & Returns page for more details.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders purchased via our Online Store and during the Long Weekend Spend & Save Sale are unable to be cancelled. Please review your order closely before checking out to ensure you have selected the correct items. 

CLICK & COLLECT

We are happy to be able to offer our Click and Collect service during the Long Weekend Spend & Save Sale. If you select the "Pick Up" option at checkout, you will receive an email once your order is ready to collect from our Mona Vale boutique.
