This offer is valid on selected styles and colours which are marked with SALE or FINAL SALE and purchased with a 30% off discount. Exclusions on some styles apply.

Full priced items with the 30% off purchased online during the Roze & Thorn Afterpay Sale offer can only be returned for an Exchange or Store Credit. 

Sale Items (marked Final Sale) purchased during the Roze & Thorn Afterpay Sale with the further 20% off promotion can not be returned unless deemed faulty by Roze & Thorn.

Orders placed before or after the AfterPay Sale cannot have the discount applied to the order.

The Afterpay Sale offer cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer including welcome discount codes or VIP codes.

Items purchased in store from our Afterpay Sale Edit are unable to be returned for a change of mind purchase. We are able to offer a size exchange only where possible. 

SHIPPING

All orders purchased during Roze & Thorn's Afterpay Sale will begin dispatching from Wednesday 13th March 2024. We will endeavour to have all orders shipped within 1 to 2 days of placing your order. 

You will receive an email with the tracking details upon fulfilment of your order.

 

ONLINE RETURNS 

Items purchased during the Afterpay Sale can only be returned for a store credit. This includes any Full Priced item that has been purchased with the 30% off discount automatically applied at the checkout.

Items purchased as a FINAL SALE item during Afterpay Sale cannot be returned, unless the item is deemed faulty. This includes any items that are further reduced with an additional 20% off.

Full priced items (New Arrivals / Sale Exclusions) purchased during the sale period are subject to the standard returns eligibility, for more information view our Shipping & Returns page for more details.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders purchased via our Online Store and during the Afterpay Sale are unable to be cancelled. Please review your order closely before checking out to ensure you have selected the correct items. 

CLICK & COLLECT

We are happy to be able to offer our Click and Collect service during the Afterpay Sale. If you select the "Pick Up" option at checkout, you will receive an email once your order is ready to collect from our Mona Vale boutique.
