SHIPPING POLICY

Roze & Thorn is pleased to offer you FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $150 within Australia. 

We use Couriers Please or Australia Post - Parcel Post service.

Need it in a hurry? We can Express Post your order within Australia for an additional cost of $15. 

All express orders placed before 3pm will be shipped the same day, orders placed after 3pm will be sent the next.*

We endeavor to ship all orders daily, we will update you if we are experiencing delays.

Please just contact us if you need your order in a hurry as we will look at current postal times/ check any delays and find the quickest possible delivery option for you. 

We offer FREE WORLDWIDE shipping for orders over $250. For orders under $250 we offer shipping at a flat rate of $15 to NZ and $30 to all other countries. Please contact us before placing your order if you require express shipping as we can provide this at an additional charge. 

Please note Roze & Thorn are not responsible for customs charges, please check custom charges within your country before placing an order. 

We are currently offering a free local home delivery service for the Northern Beaches area of Sydney. Please select Pick Up In Store at checkout and send us an email, online@rozeandthorn.com to confirm you would like your order home delivered. Please only select this option if you live between Palm Beach and Manly on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. We are able to offer this service daily. 

*The exception to same day dispatch may on some occasions include orders on Cle The Label styles. Not all styles or sizes are carried on hand in store so may require an additional dispatch time. We always endeavor to dispatch as quickly as possible however please bear this in mind when allowing for your delivery. 

 

CLICK & COLLECT 

Click & Collect is available from our Mona Vale Boutique during trading hours. Just select Pick Up In Store at checkout and we will notify you that your order is ready for collection.

RETURN POLICY 

Online Returns

Please contact us via email if you wish to return an item, and please quote your order number to help speed up the process.

Once an RA has been issued please then post back to our store with your RA noted on the packaging.

For online orders only, to enable you to have a risk free shopping experience, we are happy to offer a refund where the full price has been paid.

We will provide a refund, credit note or exchange for items purchased online providing always that:

- The goods are in a saleable condition with original tags attached
- The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed
- The goods are returned within 7 days from delivery date

Please note - refunds for products purchased through Afterpay will incur a 5% refund fee which will be deducted from the refund amount. 

We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items or items purchased with sale discount codes (the exception to this being welcome discount codes or VIP codes).

We do not offer returns on Jewellery, Footwear or Swimwear.  

Sale items purchased online at up to 49% off, we will offer an exchange or credit note. 

Any item/s purchased at a promotional or sale price of 50% off or more is FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for refund, exchange or credit note. 

Credit notes will be valid for 3 months and are to be used via our e-boutique. 

We do not refund shipping costs for returning goods.

Please note - we are unable to offer refunds on International orders at this point in time due to postage delays across the network and the seasonal nature of our stock. We are continuing to monitor this.  

In Store Returns

For all items purchased in store, we offer an exchange or store credit for full priced items only.

Sale items purchased in store are final sale. 

We are unable to offer a refund for both full price and sale priced item/s unless the claim is in accordance with the Fair Trade Practices Act and the item/s are deemed as faulty. 

Store credits are valid for 3 months.
